1. Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
Wrong product delivered
Defective or damaged item
Size or product mismatch
2. Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, accessories, and personalized/customized items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Items purchased during clearance sales may not be eligible for return unless defective.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7β10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size/product is not available, a refund will be initiated instead.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping charges.
For all other reasons, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
